Our Process

Our Sales systems are fine tuned and ready to nurture all prospects.

  • Every prospect introduced will receive a "Franchise Opportunity Guide" a 15 page PDF giving a high level overview of the opportunity.

  • The prospect will first speak with Kegan our Franchise Development Manager to determine readiness, financial standing & fit.

  • The prospect will then receive the Franchise Secrets PDF that dives deeper into the opportunity so they can be prepared for the next conversation.

  • Upon qualification, prospects will then be introduced to our VP of franchise Development Don who will facilitate discovery, due diligence & closing.

  • The prospect will receive the FDD following the first conversation with Don.

  • A virtual/ in person Confirmation Day / Discovery Day will be scheduled for the prospect to see the trailer rig, the systems, people and behind the scenes.

  • The objective of CD/DD is to close the prospect and schedule a signing / launch day.

  • Once awarded, a special LAUNCH DAY occurs and the new Franchisee is entered in to a 75 day waiting period until their trailer rig is built.

  • During the 75 day launch period the Franchisee completes their training.

A huge hospital conglomerate picks Worried Bird in top 4 preferred vendors (beating out 30 others) for Window Cleaning on 24 Hospitals, visiting each one twice per year for a total of 48 projects per year not including additional offices, clinics or other buildings.Waiting to hear whether they've been selected to win the contract.This contract benefitting 3-4 franchise locations and instantly adding nearly a 150% capacity to crews in the area.
